Vancouver Developers to be Rated by Renowned J.D. Power

This is long overdue, there have been numerous horror stories about developers walking away from projects, leaving massive deficiencies, long delays etc. This Survey will rate the experience right from when they purchased the pre-sale to Possession. This is the start of something that will help Buyers make educated decisions before purchasing Strata property. condoadvisory.com, and myself on this blog will keep you posted with any results. Also look to condoadvisory.com to allow you to rate and review developers in the near future, I will keep you posted.

Suite 1701 – 7555 Alderbridge Way, Richmond, BC “Ocean Walk”:
A total disappointment! Poor, cheap quality and workmanship on what was advertised to be the first “luxury” condominium in Richmond! A “2″ on a scale of 1 to 10.
(I bought another condo – suite 1707 – on No 3 Road, Richmond, the “Aqua” built by BOSA. Compared to the Ocean Walk this is a 10+)
