Three Effective Ways to Help Sell Your Condo
May 24th, 2009It always a great question, what can I do to help sell my condo more quickly and for a better price. Well there of course many answers to this question, but what you are really looking for are the things that will give you the biggest bang for your buck and have the largest impact. In my opinion there are three such things:
1. De-Clutter. This is probably the most important thing you can do and it does not really cost anything.
2. Flooring – Putting in new flooring, preferably hardwood or laminate will can make a huge difference (providing of course that you do not already have this type of flooring). This can totally transform a home.
3. Paint. Repainting will give a fresh clean feel to the whole home and like the flooring, will have a huge impact.
These three steps can totally transform a home and translate into a quicker sale and more money in your pocket. Of course as always, the listing price must be correct.

increase sales commision rate on cheaper properties so as they are more competitive to expensive properties. worked for me sold 4 days as opposed to 3 months of showings for 0 results
