Slow Condo Sales May Have a Bright Spot For Renters

There is no question that condo sales have slowed significantly in recent months and many are concerned about what the future has in store.

As usual, there is always two sides to every story and the positive side to this one is that developers are starting to look at developing rental condos again. It was only very recently that this seemed impossible as a business decision but when faced with the reality of the market people must think in different ways.
