Realtors Role in Condo Education

January 1st, 2009

In a follow up to a post from the December 29th, I thought this article in the Nanaimo Daily News was interesting. It simply points out that you can and should look to Realtors to help in the education and understanding process when buying a condo, especially in looking out for leaky condo issues or other possible costly issues.

Again it is always wise to do your own homework but good to see that the Real Estate Associations, Boards and Realtors are concerned as well and keep up to speed on these issues.

Always wise to use a professional when something is not your area of expertise
