Lower Lonsdale Going Condo Crazy

Well I think it is a long time coming, Lower Lonsdale and North Van is a beautiful place and it has been underdeveloped for some time. Looks like city council is on the same page as seen in a recent article in the North Shore News.
I know this may not be a popular thing to say, I understand that many people may not want a lot of condos taking over a space, especially not such a nice place, but I feel there is lots of room here to take advantage of prime real estate, for example the waterfront in Lower Lonsdale. I for one see this a a positive thing.
