   Bike-Locker Storage agreement nighmare. They insist I have to take this locker.

   Hello every one I will appreciate if you can help. What do I do?see the following information.

   I don’t accept this locker. It is not fair and it is not safe.

   The locker I bought was number 44; this is in my purchase contract. This was the locker Bianca showed me and at that moment the locker had a few things inside. Later I was told that this locker was occupied and Bianca said that I could get any locker beside 44 that we saw empty and have it assigned to me. So I trusted in what was said to me. Later I got an email with an attached form for me to sign. They said it is not necessary to come to the sales-office because the locker was in the same condition and location as the one that was shown to me. So I printed the form, signed and faxed.

   Today they told me the locker is outside of the parking garage and I went to see this locker now, and can see that this is not in the same condition as 44. For example:

   1. Unsafe. This place is located just in a curve, blind point; where cars are coming or going. Also about this I suggest that regulation-company does a inspection. I really feel this is not safe place to have a locker.

   2. This is outside of the additional security of the parking garage, so that when I place my belongings in or take them out of storage, I will fear for my safety, especially at night. This is not to mention the inconvenience factor, which is also substantial and did not exist with my original locker.

   3. To be able to put my stuff there (things like my bike) would be too challenging because of the locker shape and size etc.

   In Conclusion; I Cannot accept this locker. It does not comply with either the letter of our contract, or the spirit of our understanding. Please MMMM escalate this case to the person who is responsible for it and whom can solve the problem.
