Do You Want to Sell Your Condo or Not???
February 3rd, 2009As a seller, you have to ask yourself do you really want to sell or are you just fishing??? Because if you are fishing it will be difficult when there are very few fish. It amazes me how many sellers out there are still looking for above market prices for their units, I would have thought by now people would realize that the market is dropping and if you want to sell you need to offer your unit at a competitive price.
Sorry to be Blunt, but you need to WAKE UP if you want to sell, pricing high in this market is a waste of everyone’s time and you will only end up not selling or selling later for less than you can sell for now.
Just my opinion and advice for what it is worth
