Construction on Vancouver Ritz Carlton Development Halted

With people already nervous about the economy and the real estate market cool down, another development in Vancouver has been halted during the initial construction phase.
The Ritz Carlton Hotel/Condo project has been halted for a parking redesign and not due to the recent financial crisis and real estate market downturn, but even so purchasers and market followers are nervous about this latest development.
People are not sure what to think anymore and as such are sceptical about the reasons for this halt. Seems on the surface that there is nothing particularly unusual about it , but time will tell and we will keep an eye on it.
