Condo Starts Up, Completions Down?
November 28th, 2008OK, this is not quite true, but looks like it has some truth to it. Over the past 6 months developers have started numerous projects while not expediting developments that are already under construction. This doe snot seem to make much sense but what ever does.
In a market like this you would think that the developers would want to finish what they had started as quickly as possible before things worsen, and hold off on the starts as when all the current units complete there will already be a flood of supply.
This will be interesting to watch!
