Check out the recent reviews of local developer Concord Pacific. Seems that owners are not to happy with quality and service. This is not the first time I have hear this, but the first time I have heard directly form owners.

Counter to Nazi Building Review

Thanks to another condoadvisory user, we have another perspective on 1150 E 29th Street in North Vancouver, it starts like this: This is from an old persons (55 yrs old) perspective. I am very happy in this building. I think the neighbours are great…….. Read the entire review here.

OK, these are not my words, but certainly a strong feeling from one resident of 1150 E 29 in North Vancouver. Here is a sampling: I lived here for 5+ years and hated it from the very first day when someone yelled at me for not waiting for the parking gate to close completely before entering the garage……..

Concord Pacific’s Spectrum Gets Poor Marks

A user has given us an interesting perspective in Concord Pacific’s Spectrum Towers in Vancouver, and it is not a pretty site. Garbage, the finishings are incredibly cheap, including undersize fridges……. Check out the full review here.

Toronto Buildings Get Great Reviews
