Ask and you will get, Atleast most of the time!
September 18th, 2008Well it never hurts to ask, these days more and more buyers are asking for things and getting them. The most obvious one is a lower price of course, it seems there are people out there that really want to sell and are jumping at the opportunity, sometimes at quite a cost.
Of course this is still not the norm and I would not expect it to stay this way for long, but if you are buying right now and you are thinking, no we better not try that, it won’t work, or they won’t go for it, just try it anyway. How about that Plasma TV, or that treadmill, or maybe even that living room set…. you get the idea.
It is actually a lot more fun to buy today than it has been for the last 5 years, so take advantage of it, like most good opportunities, you need to act on them quickly or they will be gone.
It is of course important to remember, that within reason properties will always sell for close to what the market value is, real estate always has value so don’t expect to steal it, but have a little fun maybe and sometimes you will get a little bonus!
